Who We Are
Olive grove kitchens is a central kitchen establishment operated by the Blu Kouzina company.
We have a dedicated team composed of 18 professional kitchen staff to provide food production services for restaurants, food establishments, as well as catering services coupled with a logistics team to facilitate all deliveries. Our professional kitchen team specialises in both Western and Asian cuisines.

Directior of Kitchen
Chef Kima has been the Executive Chef at Blu Kouzina since 2010, working alongside Effie Tsakiris - Blu’s Founder.
Chef Kima is in charge of overlooking and supervising all kitchen staff for quality and quantity control. He alsofacilitates and manages all food production processes.
