Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are offering free island-wide delivery with $50 minimum spend. Order below minimum spend are subjet to $10 delivery charge.

How long will delivery take?

We always deliver in the date and timeslot selected by you at the time of checkout. Sometimes we delivery before time as well but in that case we first inform about earlier delivery.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place the order you will recieve a confirmation email with the order details. If the payment method selected was successful then your order will change to “Processing” which means that we have successfully recieved your order and will deliver on that date and time selected.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view all your purchase details through My Account section. Additionally with every order you receive an electronic invoice sent directly to your registered email.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

Please note all special request in the additional notes section on the checkout page.

How long do I have to return an order?

We have a very flexible return policy. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

How is the payment processed?

We have partnered with Stripe & Paypal to securely processes all the payment over a secure SSL connection. We also offer Cash or Card on delivery as a payment method.

Can I be refund through the original payment method?

We process all refund to the source of payment.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

As long as the delivery is in Singapore we can accept all international card.

How can I return an item?

We have a very flexible return policy. If you’re not happy with our products please contact us.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Photographs are for reference, actual product may vary for fresh produce.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to make available all the products but sometimes the supplychains get affected due to external factors beyond our control. Please feel free to contact us if there is something you need which is out of stock or not available on our website.
