The harvesting of the fruit and the processing of the olive is done on the on the same day to ensure the highest quality of olive oil produced. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed yielding an oil of very low acidity and high monosaturated fat. This allows for the oil to be used in different types of cuisine and for all purposes.

Blu Kouzina’s backbone and the key to its success is its secret ingredients: its very own Extra virgin olive oil. This particular ingredients was instrumental in enabling the Blu Kouzina family to establish its business.

Some of the owners’ olive groves have been part of the family for several centuries, boasting trees that are up to 600 years old. What sets this olive oil apart is the quality of the land on which it is harvested, the meticulous harvesting practices, and the specific olive it produces - the koroneiki olive.
